Rosa Rugosa & The Gratto

We stopped in here on a whim, were drawn in by the great signage and vibes and it did NOT disappoint. The most delicious food, the sweetest staff, and a rousing game of trivia to end off the night! Hats off to the chefs and all of the staff who made this the most fun and delicious spontaneous night our family has had in ages. Thank you Morgan for our trivia and all the fun!

The most fabulous sandwich I have ever eaten! Cutest little garden patio with eclectic furnishings and meticulous landscaping. The gift shop had unique and interesting purchases. The staff was wonderful. Will definitely be returning when in the area next time :)

A cozy little "everything you could want store" We had cappuccinos and some custom sweets! Both were very good! They also sell vintage clothing, furniture and knickknacks. Lots of new and locally made items too! A few fridges and freezers tucked, seem to have meats and dairy products. (Wish I took a closer look at those things) Seating for coffee, sweets or small lunch are spread out through the store. This adds a little something extra to the warmth of the place. We don't live close by, but we will definitely pop in the next time we are in the area.

Amazing day! Lunch at our favourite spot, truly can not understand why there isn’t a 1 1/2hr lineup waiting to get into this place. “Everything” on the menu is a flavour bomb hit !! I stopped in here randomly after the beach, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience! It happened to be my birthday, and the staff were so sweet — they brought out donuts with candles and even sang happy birthday. It was the cutest surprise and made my day so special. The food was absolutely delicious, the vibe was warm and welcoming, and they even have live music. Definitely recommend — such a lovely group of people and an amazing spot!

A really great place! Amazing food and coffee/ teas. We showed up to eat after their Easter event, and they went above and beyond to include our daughter. She got her face painted and an Easter basket, even though we weren’t there for the actual event! Top notch service and a new favourite stop for us.

I've been to the Gratto twice this summer and both times the food was excellent. I've had the club with the coleslaw and really liked it. The coleslaw is lightly dressed. Friday night live music is very good as well.

Foremost the perfect atmosphere for great food and drinks. The service is excellent! Everything was delicious! This is hands down the best meal ever in Nova Scotia. If you’re looking for real unique fresh chef creations, they’re hiding here. Special thanks to Taylor, Morgan, and all of the other employees.
